While your cart, and checkout, will display styles in the format you chose to shop in, your order confirmation will revert to the manufacturers format. Rest assured our Team will pack your order as per your selection.

When it comes to athletic footwear, the US size profile typically matches the New Zealand size profile.

FINDING THE PERFECT FIT
Before diving into wearing your new UGGs, ensure you've got the right fit. A properly fitting shoe should feel snug at the heel and midfoot, with a good amount of wiggle room around the toes.

AVOID THE WASHING MACHINE
Our products are too delicate to be machine-washed. Most of our products are made from sheepskin or leather, which can be ruined by water. Never machine wash or dry clean your sheepskin or leather products.

ONLINE STOCK
Sizes that are currently in stock and available can be selected and added to cart, whereas sold out sizes will be greyed out.

IN STORE STOCK
Our website allows you to check if a particular style and size is available at a store near you for collection. To do so, select your preferred size and add to cart. Here you will be prompted to enter contact information, before moving to the shipping page, then you can use the Click & Collect selector to display the nearest stores to you that have stock available.

If in stock, we would recommend placing a Click & Collect order, to secure the product and save any disappointment.

SOLD OUT
If an size or item is unclickable, it means that it has sold out in all locations nationally.

Whilst our range is constantly changing, and a restock is not guaranteed, you can sign up to our mail list to be notified of new product releases and restocks.

Our range is always changing and we do not offer a price match guarantee.

PRODUCT RECYCLING
Our products are designed to last. If you have an item in good condition but you no longer have a need for it, we would encourage you to donate it to an external organisation of your choice. 

Alternatively if the condition is not conducive with donation, you can locate a Community Recycling Centre, where materials can be reclaimed and repurposed.
